Shipping & Returns
🚚 Shipping
All orders are sent with Australia Post within Australia.
- Flat rate postage: $12.95 per order
- Estimated delivery: 3–13 days from when you place your order
Each kit is handmade and carefully packaged, so please allow a little time for your order to be prepared before it's posted. Once it's on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Delivery times are estimates and can sometimes be longer during busy periods like Christmas, or for regional and remote areas.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Because every kit is handmade to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll happily arrange a replacement or refund. This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
