Refund policy

Because every Custom Creates kit is handmade to order, we don’t accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tereianaritchie206@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note that each plaster piece is hand-poured, so small variations, imperfections or tiny air bubbles are a natural part of handmade products and aren’t considered faults.

This policy doesn’t affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
